Sales & Recovery Executive

Job Summary:

 Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Expertise in analyse, evaluate and summarize data/ information and perceive accurate solutions to increase Business
  • Identifying and developing key clients in the corporate/ govt. sector for procuring profitable business leading towards accomplishment of goals
  • Networking with reliable and cost effective channel partners, dealers and distributors, sales team for enhancing market penetration and reach

Job Specifications:

Education/ Experience:

  • Must Have Exposure in NBFC Industry and Tractor Business preferred.
  • Graduate in any stream with 1-5 years of experience. Post Graduation will be an added advantage

Training/ Equipment: Proficiency in MS Office specially MS Excel. Experience in ERP and in Tally or related softwares must.

 Work Environment: Fast paced general office environment.
